Positon #1: Real Estate SalesGolden Home Real Estate is looking for a suitably qualified person to join the Real Estate Sales Team. The successful candidate will be required to hold a Cert IV in Real Estate, or enroled to complete the Cert IV in Real Estate course.
This is a full time postion in our property sales division. Answering to the Principal, the right person for the job will need to have the following attributes:
Cert IV in Real Estate NT
Self Motivated
Good organisational skills
Excellent computer skills
NT drivers license
A willingness to work in a team environment
Provide a recent Police History Check

Position # 2: Home Loan Broker
Golden Home Loans NT is looking for a suitably qualified person to join the Home Loan department. The successful candidate will be required to hold a Cert IV in Home Loan Broking Services, or enroled to complete the required course. This is a full time postion in our Home Loan division. Answering to the Principal, the right person for the job will need to have the following attributes:
Excellent Computer Skills
Be punctual
Self motivated
Good organisational & Interpersonal Skills
Cert IV in Mortgage Broking Services
Provide a recent Police history check
You will be working closely with the Finance Manager in the area of residential property including investments and owner occupier home loan services. The successful applicant will recieve ongoing support and training as well as assitance in obtaining the Cert IV in Mortgage Broker Services if required.
