Real Estate Sales ( 3 positions offered )
This is a full time postion in our property sales department, answering to the Business Manager, the right person for the job will need to have the following attributes:
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Self motivated
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- NT drivers license
- A willingness to work in a team environment
Golden Home will provide the succesfull candidate ongoing training and support to achieving the Cert IV in Real Estate
Receptionist/Admin Support
This position can be part time or full time and requires the successful applicant to possess the following:
- Excellent computer skills
- Be punctual
- Self motivated
- Good organisational & interpersonal skills.
- A generous award wage package is offered.
Personal Assistant to the Manager
This position can be part time or full time and requires the successful applicant to possess the following:
- Excellent computer skills
- Be punctual
- Self Motivated
- Good organisational & interpersonal skills.
- A generous award wage package is offered.
Working in our busy Holiday Apartment and Property Managment division, the successful candidate will work closely with the Manager in an assistant role.
Assistant Home Loan Broker
This position can be part time or full time and requires the successful applicant to possess the following:
- Excellent computer skills
- Be punctual
- Self Motivated
- Good organisational & interpersonal skills
- Cert IV in Mortgage Broking Services
The successful candidate will recieve ongoing support and training as well as assitance in obtaining the Cert IV in Mortgage Broker Services.
You will be working closely with the Finance Manager in the area of residential property including investments and owner occupier home loan services.
